I carry cross culture living experience and have worked with diverse groups of people from different cultures, ages, walks of life and places of living.  I am experiencing world from neurodiverse perspective and function in two languages at the same time. I have history of 10 years of working in corporate environment before shifting to work in therapeutic and creative fields 10 years ago.  As a person, therapist, artist I also experienced life’s unavoidable aspects like grief, struggles with mental health, family challenges and are like any other human creating the world of own emotional landscape. I am a freedom seeker who is not afraid to question status quo in order to see beyond conventional thinking and my passion about living creatively is present in every day life.

I am a Qualified Creative Counsellor member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and follow the principles of their ethical framework. Below you find the timeline of my main formal qualifications. I always work on my own professional development and complete regular CPD trainings and sessions with professional organisations in therapy and creativity field. I am in regular supervision. I am trauma and parts informed counsellor. I am also trained to Level 4 Clay Therapist and experienced certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner working in the field of therapeutic creativity since 2015.

I hold DBS check renewed every year, Mental Health and Suicide First Aider, Safeguarding (adult and children), Prevent and Data Protection certificates as well as have a full Public and Liability insurance.
