Project Create YOU: online 6 week course in October which is a blend of expressive arts, creative therapy and the internal parts approach. This is a course allowing you to explore and shift your relationship with creativity. If you feel blocked creatively, have a loud inner critic and struggle to develop creative habit this course may be a chance to change it!
