Creative Therapies
Humans are naturally creative and reaching beyond talk therapy provides opportunities for deeper exploration of Self and internal dynamics. There is no need for any artistic abilities to benefit from creative approaches. It may involve working with images, art, objects or use of metaphores as well as integrating nature and clay into therapy.

I am a qualified integrative creative counsellor and clay therapist and blend approaches from psychodynamic, existential and person centred approach to embrace my journey with each client.

The essence of therapy

Therapy and Counselling are the encounters of two people where a very unique space is created. You bring your inner world, share emotional responses created in you. The therapist travels along  into this reality of You and helps you to understand, accept and process certain experiences. It is human to human relationship in a safe place without personal judgement. I am fascinated by uniqueness of human stories and how they shape us. Every client is different and me being able to respond creatively to their story is the core of the therapy. I strongly believe we can develop the ability to open to range of emotions and welcome those less comfortable specially. This allows to build resilience and healthier way of copying in difficult moments of live. Sadly many of us experience in their life trauma, adverse childhood and adult experiences, lack of care when growing up and many other challenges. Effective therapy and counselling helps to repair the elements of us that got wounded or even almost destroyed during life experiences. Creativity is a natural healing source helping in this journey of recovery and re-creation of Self.
